           April 2010 to December 2013 - Ld CM Glotel- LD CM/PM for Bechtel & OCI-PM/OM for Westower

 

             Responsibilities:

            Managed 4 CM’s, 1 engineer, Site Adq and Zoning in designing, engineering, and building 400 FTTC sites in the Seattle area to meet AT&T’s commitments.  Trained new CM’s for the Clearwire build, thru-out NE Colorado, to meet customer demands.  Reviewed, met with site owners or managers and re-engineered projects with Allpro Engineering Group. Managed 4 CM’s in Chicago/Northern Indiana area on the Sprint New Vision Trial Project. Managed 3 CM’s on the AT&T Turf/1C thru 4C in Washington, Managed 4 PM’s working on Core Projects for Sprint, Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Clearwire in Washington.

 

Results:

Zero defects on QC walks.  Working with Allpro re-engineered 80 roof-tops focusing on structural design. Working with Samsung, we completed the first 3 Trial Rings in the Chicago Hub. Working with my CM’s we completed 407 2C thru 4C projects, with a 37% Margin and started 197 1C projects. Working with my PM’s, we are successful in meeting the individual demands from all 5 of the Core Vendors and showing a 33% Margin..

 

           October 2009 to February 2010 – CM/PM for Goodman Networks

 

          Responsibilities:

            Managed NSBs for AT&T’s GSM, and UMTS Project in Eastern OR, WA , and ID. Performed Safety and Quality       reviews. Directed market Tiger Teams and served as Sr. PM for the last month of the build.

                  

            Results:

Motivated crews to finish 25 sites in one month to meet customer demands.  All Quality Reviews resulted in zero defects.

   

September 1998 to February 2009 - PM for Bechtel/CTSI/T-Mobile

 

Responsibilities:

Managed CMs and Engineers working in the Telecom Industry performing Central Office over builds in OH and OSP over builds in PA, NY, WV, VA, and KY.  Trained Engineering Firms in Wireless and FE’s to become PM’s.

Directed FE’s, Engineering, Site Adq and Zoning in developing and building sites in OR, WA, and ID.

 

Results:

Trained and managed CM’s in OH to build out 80 Central Offices to facilitate the DSL implementation for @Link.  Led the build out of the tier 2 and 3 cities in PA, NY, WV, VA, and KY achieving customer objectives. Built over 600 wireless sites and developed 100’s of others in OR, WA, and ID, meeting T-Mobile monthly requirements.

 

January 1980 to September 1998-Area Manager for Bell, Area Safety Manager for US West, PM for Evergreen Utility, and Regional Manager for Binariang in Malaysia

 

Responsibilities:

Pac. NW Bell OSP; Managed 10 Supervisors, 7 Inspectors, and 80 craft. US West Area Safety Manager of 11 Safety Supervisors in 5 states. Evergreen Utilities Managed 10 Supervisors and 40 Craft. Binariang, Managed Site Adq and zoning, 2 Asst. Managers, 12 Inspectors, 50 Engineers, and 30 Contractors.  For Aerial, buried, spicing, fiber splicing, UG placing in PNB; Implementing new Safety Program for US West; Evergreen Utilities, Aerial, buried, CATV, Cell sites, for GTE, US West and Sprint in NW WA.; Binariang, Managed the design and builtout of a new HFC System for the entire country of Malasia.

 

Results:

Met 6 million dollar budget each year for the Bell QSP.  Managed highly successful program for 15,000 employees, 4500 vehicles spread across 5 states.  Working for 5 companies met all schedules.  Built the HFC system for Malaysia and met the launch date. Program included POTS line, CATV, High Speed Internet and Wireless in 1997.
